LAKE MUNMORAH

Public BBQ

Lake Munmorah offers a peaceful waterside setting along the southern edge of the lake. A paved walking path stretches around the northern end, making it accessible for families, dog walkers, and casual visitors. The eastern section features BBQ facilities, a children's play area, toilets, and a jetty where locals launch small boats or fish from the shore. Picnic tables and exercise equipment dot the area. The western end transitions into a quieter bushland circuit near residential areas. The spot attracts a friendly crowd of regular walkers and their dogs. Parking provides easy access to Munmorah shops and Woolworths within walking distance. The lake itself stays calm and well-maintained, popular with locals who value its relaxed atmosphere. It's a straightforward lakeside recreation area that works for quick breaks or longer walks.
